I looked up Artaxerxes (see Nehemiah 2: 1). Besides being the King of Kings of
Persia, he was also Pharoah of Egypt. Here is a reason for working with
Geography in reading the scriptures.
I guess one needs permission to reprint maps from the Internet,
so I will try to outline just what the Persian Empire consisted of. I wonder if I can draw a map and pop that in?
